Private Personal Training Beginner Video Series
This course will provide you with the same private personal beginner training I give to every client during the first hours with them in person. The course is designed to help a person with absolutely no fitness knowledge or very little fitness acumen start having great workouts while minimizing the chance of injury, all in private, in the comfort of your own home.
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of fitness training and gain knowledge you can carry with you the rest of your life. This course is a firm foundation for your fitness efforts for now and in the future. As you build your fitness knowledge over the years, you will be able to draw upon the critical information you will learn in this course.
The course will cover the most important types of training for the greatest impact possible. With the variety of workouts you will learn, you also will be able to modify your regimen regularly to have literally hundreds or even thousands of different daily workouts from which to choose so you won’t get bored.
In this course, you also will get what I call my “Secret Weapon” for fitness. It is what I know will improve flexibility, coordination and your overall athletic performance, and keep you in the game for a long time. Additionally, it will relieve stress, enhance circulation, prevent injuries, improve posture, boost muscle power, and increase metabolism. It simply feels good. This “Secret Weapon” is a type of training I personally use to help all of my clients stay fit and healthy for many years to come.
Upon completion of the course, you will be able to work out with confidence, knowing you will get results with these training methods. You will be more knowledgeable than many fitness-industry professionals about what really works and what doesn’t. You will know how to work out at home, at a health club, at a hotel, or anywhere else, for that matter. Most importantly, you will be able to work out with less chance of injury, increase flexibility, enhance your state of mind, boost your muscle and bone density, reduce health risks, stay more active, gain core strength, lose weight if desired, fortify joint health, improve your body shape, and yes -- according to some studies -- you may even live a little longer. However long you may live, my goal is to make your quality of life the best that it can possibly be. One more thing to remember that I say to myself every day: Don't put a price on your health.
