FAQ

Q: I'm aging and have many injuries. Every trainer I have been with injures me. What will you do differently?

A: I understand injuries all too well, as I have had many. In fact, many times I have been so injured that I didn't know how I was going to remain fit. I have learned from myself and other clients how important it is to go slow, go light, and work around injured areas. I will go into more details in the course because knowing how to stay injury-free is one of the most important things to consider.

Q: How long should I work out?

A: There is so much to cover with this question, and so many considerations, all of which will be covered in the course.

Q: What days of the week should I work out?

A: Again, there are many factors to consider here. I will go into more detail about this in the course.

Q: Do you go into nutrition in the course?

A: I am not a nutritionist; however, I will discuss some necessary details in the course that will work for you. These are basic scientific facts that you need to be aware of that will improve your training and help you get better results more quickly.

Q: Will you give me a plan of action?

A: Yes, you will get a detailed plan of action from the videos, such as what muscles to work each day. You can follow the plan exactly or change it up. This way, you know exactly what to do. It is imperative that you have confidence from understanding exactly what to do.

Q: Is this fitness series geared only for those 45 and older?

A: While it is designed for people my age and older, it can apply to any age. My daughter was taught these principles while she was in grade school and has benefited her whole life as a result. Those 45 and up, including senior citizens, will benefit because I have been working around my personal injuries and pain my entire life and can show you how as well. If you are younger, the series still will benefit you greatly because you, too, will get older.

Q: Is this series geared more toward males?

A: No, it is gender-neutral. In fact, I probably have trained more women in my life than men when I think about it. It is the same for anyone who wants to feel better and healthier every day.
