At age 48, I have developed a lifetime of fitness knowledge to steer you in the right direction, having started my own personal fitness program at age 5. Whatever your goals, you can acomplish them and I am here to help!


Of all the fitness-related information out there, what really works?

As I think about how you will get in shape as a beginner, I also consider all of the false fitness training information on the Internet and how I don't want you to fall prey to it. My personal goal here is to convey the right fitness information by providing private personal training with my beginning fitness-video series created just for you, so you can use them in the comfort of your own home. You will enjoy the benefits of the many years of knowledge achieved through blood, sweat, and tears that I endured – except that you will get the information outright, without having to go through the years of toil I went through.


How do I get results from my workouts?

This is where I do not want you wasting any time with the wrong personal training, as we are all getting older really fast. It can be easy to waste 10 years of fitness, thinking the whole time you were doing the right thing, but achieving little or no results. If you follow my private personal training plan, you can be assured that you will be using the right fitness training techniques to achieve 10 years of positive fitness gains. I am intimidated at the thought of going to a gym or fitness center. How can you help?

Many people don't have the experience to utilize a gym, so just stepping through the front door can be a daunting task. With my private personal training video series for beginners, you don't have to be intimidated anymore. In fact, you will gain courage and insights, so you will know exactly how to work out in private or in a gym on your own time and at your own convenience. It is important that you gain control of your workouts and fitness goals so you can take back your health. You will gain important fitness knowledge and a motivated mindset to get you on track and keep you on track, with you in control and feeling good.


How do I choose the right personal trainer?

While there is nothing wrong with having a personal trainer, as I am one, I don’t want you to have to depend on me, or anyone else for that matter. All too often, a personal trainer is unable to show up for a session due to illness or other reasons, so now what? I want you to have the independence to get a healthy workout no matter what. Also, even with a workout partner, he or she won’t always show up, and you end up wasting valuable time waiting, or not even getting any exercise done. My desire is to give you the fitness tools, knowledge, and mindset so that eventually, you will have the confidence and knowledge to get yourself going on your own, just in case your personal trainer, workout partner, or anyone else decides not to show up that day.


How do I get motivated?

For live, on-site training, my minium fee is $250 per hour for private sessions. These videos deliver my basic fundamentals, which would cost you $1,250 in person.
